1. Registration
Kith Wealth LLC is a registered investment adviser. Registration with the SEC or any state does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
Our Form ADV Part 2A brochure and our Form CRS relationship summary describe our services, fees and conflicts in detail. Both are free and available on request, and on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website.
2. Fees and compensation
We are fee-only. We are paid by our clients and only by our clients. We do not receive commissions, referral fees or any other payment from the products we recommend.
Our fees are listed on our Fees page and agreed in writing before any work starts.
3. Conflicts of interest
When we charge a percentage of assets, we have an incentive for you to keep more money under our management. We disclose this conflict and address it by offering flat-fee planning that does not depend on your assets.
4. Custody
Client assets are held in the client’s name at an independent qualified custodian. We may have authority to trade and to deduct our fee, but we cannot withdraw money to anyone other than you.
5. Performance and projections
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any projection, illustration or example on this site is hypothetical and is not a promise of future returns.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials on this site come from current clients. They were not paid for, and the clients have no material conflict of interest. Their experience may not be representative of other clients’ experience.
7. Not personal advice
The content of this website is general information, not investment, tax or legal advice for your situation. Please speak with an advisor before acting on it.
