How we work
Thirty days in, then every year after.
What happens after you call, with the real day counts for a new client in 2026, and what the years after look like.

(01) The first thirty days
From first call to a written plan.
Day 0
First call
Twenty minutes on where you are and what's coming up. You'll speak to the advisor who would do the work. No documents yet, nothing to sign.
Day 3
Document list
Rosa sends a short checklist and a secure upload link for statements, tax returns and pay stubs. Nothing travels by email.
Day 10
Fee in writing
One page: the scope, the fee, and who works on your plan, with our Form ADV and Form CRS. You decide before any work starts.
Day 30
Your plan
Income, taxes, investments and estate on about twenty pages, walked through with you line by line. You leave with three to five actions, not fifty.
(02) Every year after
The same advisor, on the same calendar.
Your year with us has four fixed moments. Everything else happens whenever you call.
Jan
Tax documents
Rosa collects your 1099s and year-end statements and sends them to your CPA.
Apr
Annual review
A full review of your plan with your advisor, and a second advisor’s notes.
Oct
Tax projection
Sam projects this year’s tax and sizes any Roth conversion, gift or harvest before it’s too late.
Dec
Giving & RMDs
Charitable gifts, required distributions and last-minute moves, done before December 31.
Any time

Life doesn’t wait for April. Call your advisor’s direct line whenever something changes.
