Four blank forms fanned out and held by a mint-green paper clip, a pen beside them

Most delays in moving money come from four forms, and almost always for the same small reasons.

Transfer requests: the account number on your old statement must match exactly, including any letters. Beneficiary updates: name every beneficiary in full, with a date of birth, and give percentages that add up to 100. Address changes: sign with the same signature the custodian has on file. Trusted contact: this is not a power of attorney, just someone we may call if we cannot reach you.

All four are on the Clients page. Or call me on ext. 200 and I will fill them in with you, line by line.
